A few years ago my partner and I wrote a book whose subtitle was: living from the core of who you are for lasting satisfaction. I very much agree with what you say about our core. All that is done in life comes from this heart space inside. Not one thing really can be seperate from this essential essence. Even the mundane and normal responsible nescessity of our lives never exist without this presence that is our core.
